Laut der Financial Times ist dieses Land das erste auf dem Kontinent in Bezug auf die Anzahl der Greenfield-Investitionen im Verh\u00e4ltnis zur Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Wirtschaft und laut IBM weltweit f\u00fchrend in Bezug auf das Verh\u00e4ltnis von Bev\u00f6lkerungsgr\u00f6\u00dfe und Anzahl der Arbeitspl\u00e4tze Globale Standorttrends 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serbiens Bem\u00fchungen im Bereich Direktkapitalinvestitionen wurden auch von EY-Serbien gew\u00fcrdigt, einem der 15 attraktivsten L\u00e4nder Europas in Bezug auf Direktkapitalinvestitionen, laut dem Bericht des globalen Beratungsunternehmens European Attractionness Survey f\u00fcr 2019. Die Hauptstadt Belgrad belegt den ersten Platz im Business-Friendly Cities Perception Index (durchgef\u00fchrt von Emerging Europe), der Europas sich entwickelnde St\u00e4dte mit dem gr\u00f6\u00dften Wirtschaftspotenzial auflistet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Investitionsumfeld im Land zeichnet sich durch Faktoren wie hochwertige lokale Arbeitskr\u00e4fte, politische und wirtschaftliche Stabilit\u00e4t, wettbewerbsf\u00e4hige Betriebskosten, ein g\u00fcnstiges System finanzieller Anreize und eine ideale geografische Lage aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
